Zone Alarm and VNC

How do you get it to work? I followed the directions here nad it still won't let it go through: http://www.zonelabs.com/services/support_programs.htm#5program

under the advanced security settings of ZA, open the ports that VNC uses...5800 to 5900 or something like that. You can get the exact ports from the vnc website.
