Zoltrix Genie TV okay?

I wanted to buy the ATI TV WONDER a while back ago. But it turns out that it won't work with my MatroxG400 video card, b/c my card doesn't support overlay function or something. Now, I found out about this Zoltrix Genie TV. I read the requirements on it's website, and it only requires a video card with DirectDraw support, which I have right? So will it work? Anyone using a MatroxG400 and Zoltrix Genie TV? Also, can I capture stills and/or record videos from TV stream using this model? Or do I need the pro version? Thanks.
