I finally got around to putting together the crossovers.

You know how they say you should solder in a well-ventilated area? It really is good advice. *cough cough*

EDIT: Do not emulate my work. It is a hack job.

EDIT2: The pegboard is 1/8". The cable ties are a standard 7.5".

EDIT3: If I were to do it again, I'd use terminal blocks with jumpers to serve as the nodes in the circuit. You can see how the twisted wires make for a seriously messy look. There's no danger of shorting here, though.
 
yeah my first crossovers for the modula MT i built last year where a real mess. This time I did a much nicer job with the ZDT lineup. Does it ever sound so good to.
 
Remember - cabinet bracing and deadening is mucho important. The more bracing you use, the better the speakers will sound.

Also, leave slightly more box volume than you think you'll need for bracing and stuffing.
