I have never ordered from ZZF but I like Monarch...their service is pretty fast even though they're in Georgia...if you're in CA then you won't have to pay tax like you would at ZZF.

I've ordered a lot from both of them (as well as New Egg). They are all reputable, it really doesn't matter, just pick the best price between them and fire away.

I made my first purchase from Monarch a few weeks ago ..about $600 worth ...it went ok but I would not rate them in the same leauge as Newegg. Basically I had some issues with an item and they guy I spoke to was pretty certain I was at fault. I explained myself and it was as if he did not hear a word I said..I hate people that think everyone is a PC newb....he was a newb. 😀

I actually called the manufactuer and decided id go thru them before going thru Monarch even though I had just bought the item less than a week before.


They are probably on par with ZZF though.

ZZF has been VERY good to me. I have ordered about 2500 dollars of equipment from them and not one single RMA. Now if thats good luck, i dont know but i will keep using ZZF until i have a problem. The Free 2nd Day Air is awesome especially if you live a ways away. I am in NY so it isnt too bad but i can understand someone that lives up in Maine or somewhere like that, when ground shipping takes 5 days to get to. ZZF's customer site is awesome, you can save shopping carts and many other features in it. Newegg i dont really care for sometimes. I had ordered 2 CD-RW drives 10 Norton Anti-Virus programs, and 2 Motherboards with a total weight of 12 pounds. Okay guess how much the shipping is. 64 DOLLARS. FEDEX SAID IT WAS 13 AND CHANGE. I think that is an outrage. they charge shipping on a unit base and not on weight. The Norton shipping was like 4 dollars TIMES 10!!!! 40 dollars shipping for 10 CD's is crazy. I <3 ZZF

True, I had to RMA items and all were helpful.
