has anyone done this before?

i requested an rma like december 24th, my motherboard which i didnt even use got there on the 30th.


my rma is in "processing return" for 10 days... and no one answers email or the phone.

is this store really like awful? i dont even mind paying the restocking fee, but i thought this was a decent store.
