Zippy keyboard question

As per my aunt :

" I had been checking the net to get the instructions explaining the diff. buttons on the keyboard of my Zippy El 610 and cant find it. Can you get it for me? I also sent an e-mail to coolerguys.com and they still did not answer me. I bought it through amazon and the coolerguys were the vendors of amazon.

Keys like the Fn, task bar, function bar are not working despite my pressing them and there is no instruction sheet to tell me how to make them work or what they are for. Plus, the keyboard is lit all the time even when the computer is shut down."

Does anyone have this keyboard?

The Fn button on any keyboard allows you to use the secondary purpose for any key. Usually they are written in smaller font above the actual character. ie a num pad in the center of the keyboard. Not sure what the others are.
