I am not usually one to complain on a public forum, but ZZF is now on my list of companies that I will think twice about ordering from in the future. Here's a breakdown of the problem.
[*]I placed an order on Thurs. the 22nd for an EVGA 6800GT and it was in stock at the time. My shipping address is on file with my CC.
[*]My order was stuck in processing until yesterday, and now it's stuck in "packing".
[*]ZZF does not have a toll free number to call.
[*]I call the long distance number a few minutes ago (9:30am in CA) and I get the dreaded recording that everyone is busy and to please leave a message.
I read a post from a forum member the other day, and he also ordered the same card an hour after I did. His order shipped on Friday. I would have been better off ordering direct from EVGA at the time. No wonder I stick w/ Newegg for 99% or my online orders.
