Hey all --
I've got a 100MB Zip drive in my machine, running Win98se/2kserver (mostly 2k). Win2000 *almost never* freezes on me, but when it does, it's almost always caused by either trying to access or eject a zip disk. This normally results in a blue screen, dump of memory to disk, and reboot. This happened two days ago, however since then I have not been able to eject the zip disk at all, under either OS. This is getting to the point of being critical as I desperately need some of the contents of the disk to be used elsewhere.
Any suggestions on how else I may be able to eject this disk? If I were to take out the zip drive physically, is there anything I can do to eject it that way? I'm guessing probably not, since it's ejected electronically, as opposed to the mechanical ejection of a floppy disk.
Alright well any advice would be *greatly* appreciated!
TIA!
