Has anyone had any experience of fitting an IDE Zip 100 drive into an external usb drive caddy ? I've got it in and it powers up and windows xp tries to detect it but says there has been a problem. The zip drive doesn't show up in my computer etc. The caddy works fine for normal hard disks and the zip drive works ok when connected to IDE.
Any ideas ?
P.S. Iomega say they don't support it being used externally
