Zero Dead Pixel Websites?

So I'm in the market for an LCD monitor, and I'm pretty concerned about shelling out all this cash for a monitor with dead pixels. I'm almost certainly going to be buying online, so there's no way to try before I buy. I know some websites allegedly have a 'zero dead pixel' return policy. PCNation had one, but they seem to have done away with it last week, it is no longer listed on their website.

Does anyone know of other websites that such a policy? On a related issue, are certain panel manufacturers known to have better or worse rates of dead pixels?

Just so you know, I'm pretty much sold on the Samsung 172x unless somebody convinces me otherwise in the next day or two.

Thanks,

Newegg will pretty much take anything back (as long as you didn't hack a hole in it or something) and their RMA process is easy enough for the brain dead to use.

I believe newegg actually needs 8 dead pix to take it back. Otherwise they would charge a restocking fee b/c technically you're not returning a defective product in their eyes (w/ less than 8 pix dead).

I got my laptop at BestBuy, along with their service plan, which worked out well for me. The first two laptops I took home each had one bad pixel. Without the service plan I couldn't return it until it had 30 bad pixels, but BestBuy exchanged it every time with no hassle.
Prices may not be as good, but customer service is much faster and more convenient.

172X looks like a very nice monitor from reviews I've read, but a bit pricey for a 17in. I assume you are mostly going for the 12ms response rate?
