I might consider getting one for a neighborhood car. It looks better than the converted golf cart's that I see in my area.

$15K base? I dunno, seems kind of expensive for a car that doesn't come with A/C or even a radio. Then again, it's full electric, so I'm sure that fact makes it pricier.

Maximum speed of 25 mph. Useless even in the city, were there are often 35 mph streets.

But they put a songbook in the glove box for no extra charge.

Wouldn't work worth a crap during the winter, damn batteries would get too cold and loose their charge.
