It affects Intel and Zen 2. How many are still using Zen 2 and have not upgraded ? I know NOBODY that this will affect, even though I am sure there are quite a few Zen 2 systems still in use.

It affects a lot more Intel (Intel Core (6th-11th Gen)) and the pain is 0-50% performance hit, while Zen 2 is "insignificant."

Based on that, the title is TOTALLY misleading.
