I recently re-wired my top USB headers from my case to my motherboard to make things a little neater. I must not have plugged them in correctly, so my top USB doesn't work right now. However, after I plugged my Zen into the top USB port and then tried the back, it didn't work anymore. I know the USB ports are functioning because I have an iPod Shuffle in there right now. I also tried the Zen on my laptop, and that didn't work either. The battery is extremely low, but it still works. It just won't charge or get recognized. When I plug it in, it said "unidentified USB device found". I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling with the CD, but that didn't work. Is there any solution to this problem?

Yeah ... I've had this problem with my Zen Vision:M ... and what I ended up having to do was to go into the Device Manager, and uninstall the USB drivers manually, then try the whole reinstall process again.

Control Panel-->System-->Hardware Tab-->Device Manager-->Universal Serial Bus Controllers-->right click on whichever is your Zen and choose uninstall drivers. Try plugging it in again to see if it gets recognized properly. This fixed it for me on my work machine.
