Per MLID, which has been requoted by a handful of well-known leakers on Xitter:

AMD Zen 7 - Codename "Grimlock"
  • TSMC A14 node for CCD, N4P for V-Cache
    • CCD size varies with chiplet version. ~98mm2 for 16C, ~58mm2 for 8C.
  • FP512, 2MB L2, 4MB L3 per core, 160MB 3D V-cache die under the CCD
  • EPYC is up to 264C, 2122MB L3 Cache without 3D$
  • Overall ~20% perf increase in non-gaming workloads
  • Varies from 20% to 36% faster than Zen 6 depending on power per core (larger increase at lower power).

Good news is some of these things should be confirmed/disproven in just a few days.
I would be surprised if we get much abt Zen 7 at AMD FAD. Maybe just the node, at best. Oh and the year it launches. This is me being hopeful though.
