Well, that isn't actually really quite delayed, just the super computers & huge cloud people eating up all the early production so they're not going to bother pretending to mass release it yet.

It was always said by AMD that they had delivered Milan in Q4 2020 to selected customers (supercomputers) while the general availability was set for a later launch.
