Will this put to rest those crying that he didn't even exist? I think it's interesting nonetheless, and about time he made an appearance, although it's probably a sign of his team's weakening. If anyone can find the actual video, please provide a link.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Iraq's al Qaeda leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi denounced the new Iraqi government, saying it was set up to help Washington find a way out of its predicament in Iraq, according to a rare Internet video posted on Tuesday.
"America has realized today that its tanks, armies and Shi'ite agents will not be able to end the battle with the mujahideen.
"So it devised a plan to ... resort to its agents among those so-called Sunnis who will tighten the noose around the necks of Sunnis and save the Americans," Zarqawi said on the video dated April 21.
Iraq's newly-appointed Prime Minister Jawad al-Maliki, from the majority Shi'ite community, has four weeks to form a government of national unity including minority Kurds and Sunnis -- widely seen as the only way to halt sectarian violence.
A statement from the al-Qaeda affiliated Mujahideen Council, accompanying the tape said it was the first "video of the leader of al Qaeda in Iraq."
"Your mujahideen sons were able to confront the most ferocious of crusader campaigns on a Muslim state. They have stood in the face of this onslaught for three years.
"When the crusader enemy entered Iraq, he intended to control the Islamic nation and supported the Zionist state," said Zarqawi, who was clad in a black with a green military-style vest and an assault rifle by his side.
Zarqawi, who has earlier issued his messages via audio recordings, was also shown training with a group of masked men outdoors.

A man identifying himself as al-Qaeda's Iraq frontman Abu Musab al-Zarqawi has appeared in an internet video, vowing to defeat the United States in Iraq.
"By God, America will be defeated in Iraq," said the man identified as al-Zarqawi in what would be the first public appearance of one world's most-wanted militants in at least three years.
In the past, al-Zarqawi has made statements only through audiotapes posted on the web.
"When the enemy entered into Iraq, their aim was to control Iraq and the area," the man said in the video. "But here we have been fighting them for the last three years."
The man, sporting a beard, is shown meeting with fighters briefing him on events in the western Iraqi town of Ramadi.
"Your brethren in the information committee of the Mujahedeen's Consultative Council are happy to present the first video of the emir of the al-Qaeda Organisation in the Land of Two Rivers, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi," footage on the website said.
In the past, al-Zarqawi has only made statement on audiotape The man also announced the formation of an umbrella group for anti-US fighters.
He also was shown firing an automatic rifle. The message on the video was dated April 21.
The Jordanian-born Zarqawi is blamed for deadly attacks in Iraq and the kidnapping and beheading of hostages and has a $25 million US bounty on his head.
