So I bought some shoes from Zappos which were delivered yesterday at 3pm and they ended up running small. I was rather sad because my current shoes are falling apart and I knew these new ones would just have me swimming in poon, if only one size larger.
I didn't want to lose precious time and was initially going to skip the return by just ordering the larger size and getting a refund on the smaller ones later. Somehow I fat fingered my way through the site and went with the more traditional exchange route by accident. I don't have a printer so I thought I would have to wait until I took a trip to my mommies to print the return label. From there, I thought I'd have to wait for the shipping back, processing, and then shipping back to my house.
Upon checking my email today, I was greeted with possibly the most impressive customer service I've ever seen:
Not only were the larger shoes shipped out without me even returning the first ones yet, they went with 1 day shipping AND got them out of the warehouse in time for them to be delivered in less than 24 hours. For free! I'm seriously impressed.
