dude I electrocuted myself the other day too cause my cellphone charger broke and one of the prongs got stuck in the outlet and me being stupid tried to grab it. Whats really funny is I did it twice.

i was taking an outlet apart in my dorm room to find the stud in the wall to hang up a guitar mount. i touched the outlet to pull it out of the box its in and it zapped me a little bit.
any health complications follow from being zapped? it didn't hurt, just kind of make me jump. felt like touching an electrified fence in a field (not peeing on it.)
edit: also how do i find a stud without any tools? if i tap on the wall i don't really know what sound i'm looking for.
