Hi.
I just purchased a Zalman ZM80C-HP. Was gonna get the optional fan, but for cheaper i got the FB123 fan bracket and a 92mm fan.

Now, the questions;
1) The rear HS seems every so slightly wonkey, with the top leaning towards the card. Ive dissasembled it twice, it still does it. I, and my friend, have come to the conclusion that the Heatpipe is slightly wonkey. Does`nt seem to be affecting performance, but i wondering if everyones did that.
2) The manuel says that both heatsinks should be the same temp, now, about 10mins after a boot, the front seems ever so slightly warm, and the back, at room temp. After a 30min loop of 3dm2k3, the front is slightyer warmer than before, and the back, warmish(same temp as front after 10mins). Is it working propely?
3) The HS never seems to get really really hot like the old stock one did. Is that cos its cooling well? Bare in mind that theres a 92mm fan above it.
4) Using RadClocker, i managed to OC to 360/352.5(705). Is that a good OC for a 9700pro?

Thanks in advance all.

lol theres a 92mm fan on it... it should be ok. my old 9700 reached 380/350 no problem... my bros is stuck at 350/350... and my friends cant even reach that... :( ...ive heard crazier clocks that are close to 400... but your overclock is ok. :) is that as high as it can go?

At 380, the screen goes black. At 370, i get a bit of "snow" on the 3dm2k3 troll test. Havnt tryed 365 or 375. Im happy with the 360 though. I was aiming for 350.
The memory im happy with, 705mhz. Will probably do 710 or 715. I get screen corruption at 720. The theoretical maximum of the mem is 714mhz. According to the ns rating.

The 92mm fan is positioned so that the "fan dead spot" is directly above the card edge. There is a flow of air going to the front HS, the rear HS, and over both sides of the cards memory modules. Its currectly running at 7v. At 12v, i could probably hit 370 stable, and maybe 380. But at 7v, its nice and quiet.
