Okay, I have 3 Sunon fans that came with my case and they sometimes make this whining sound so I decided to get some quiet fans. On SVC they have the 80x25mm Zalman ZM-F1 39CFM@34dB or 20.6CFM@20dB (EDIT: SVC has the name saying it's 28CFM@20dB but the real spec is 20.6@20dB) which let you adjust to the appropriate CFM setting using a resistor. I'd probably keep it at 28CFM since I'm going to have 5 in my case (2 front, 2 back, 1 side). Has anyone tried this fan and knows if it's truely silent? I heard that the panaflos L1A(sp?) has a hum to it.

I am looking at them to replace a loud fan on my CPU heatsink... While I am at it I might just splurge and spend $30.00 and get one of their passive coolers for my GPU.

So I'll have a better understanding when they arrive
