Zalman ZM-F1 80mm fan

Has anybody used this fan? According to SVCompucycle it performs at 28CFM/20dB, which is pretty sweet (a good bit better than the Panaflos). Does anybody know if these fans really perform at those specs?

I just bought the Zalman F2 (92mm). It is really sweet using the resistor. Still good air flow and plenty quiet... Me Like
I would think the 80mm version would be a good buy also. 20dBA IS WHERE IT'S AT, MAN!
