Nice. I like that they're spreading out with the combo heatpipe/fin setup.

Link loads slow but worth the look. Very nice indeed, low profile too.

Those must be proto-type, notice how in the first pic the heatpipe ends are welded to the bend of the other pipe. In the other pics I can't see a tack weld.

Look neat. I guess I'll definitely wait with changing my VGA fan. Hope this hits the shelves soon.

My, I just got a second VF-700cu for my new build... hopefully the performance improvement won't be that awesome or if it is then please make the new cooler cheap. :)

If its same price and performance and only a 1 slot solution then it would probably be a bigger hit.

Cant complain about my VF700Cu though.

Now I want one. But why the blue mem heatsinks? I'd like copper, but i guess that does fine as well.

from the pictures it looks like it hangs over a pci slot... so i'm going to guess it still requires two slots-worth of space

Looks pretty effective! The VF-700's already very nice...

EDIT: I'd say the Arctic Cooling Accelero X2 looks pretty nice too... Too bad the compatibility is limited to X1800 and X1900 cards + why they did away with the exhaust design...? :(

thats the thing i dont like about it either. i always liked how it would exhaust the air outside the case. my guess is, with the new one, the heatsink fins are so large, long, wide etc that they didnt want to stick a fan on top of that...or who knows, it may have taken up 3 slots or something :p

LOL :p Pity however... Well, I'm not going to give up my NV Silencer 5 Rev. 3 for this Zalman... ;)

I'm still sticking with the DHES of the Arctic Cooling Silencers. That's just too sexy of a concept for me not to get one.

Mine's idling at 29* right now, of course it gets to 60* at load so I need a cooler.
I want to wait for the new sink but not knowing how much it will be or when it comes out makes me want to get a vf700 right away.
