zalman thermal grease

i'm about to rebuild my computer, and the only thermal grease i have is this zalman stuff that came with my northbridge heatsink. i run a volcano 9 heatsink with a generic 80mm fan cooling a non-overclocked 2500+. is it safe to use this?

stringcheeseincident, considering you're not OC'ing the Zalman thermal grease will do just fine, I hope this helps
