Zalman RMA problem

So I purchase quite a few power supplies from special vendors. They included Hiper, Zalman and Antec. Hiper took over three months to rma my PSU. Only after I contacted Maximum PC who kindly sent another email to Hiper asking them whats up.

I put Hiper on the back burner and purchased nothing but Zalman PSU's. Now, after just one of my Zalman's dies they stop responding after the initial RMA request.

Does anyone have advice on how to contact them? I sent them four emails, once per week with no reply.
 
Well.. Hiper took forever because AFAIK they're out of business.

Zalman, on the other hand, is not. Then again, they're not exactly a strong U.S. brand. They're based in Korea. I have no idea how their U.S. office is doing (ZalmanUSA.com). Did you try emailing them in Korea (supportusa@zalman.co.kr)?

Are you sure Hiper is out of business? Regardless, it was over two years ago when I sent it in. I rarely have issues with power supplies.

Called the number, got Edward from Zalman. He at least tried to help... They first stated they never received the thing which was confusing and honestly think was just trying to mislead me.

Anyways, after numerous emails, scans of the UPS receipt and full documentation I finally have a UPS tracking number. I don't understand corporations. Most of the repeat customers come back due to quality and customer service.
