zalman reserator 1

will a zalman reserator 1 with a cpu block and two gpu blocks keep my rig cool enough?

I read a review of the reserator that stated it worked well under general conditions, but under stress did not seem to cool as well as some of the other water cooling solutions. I can't seem to find that review now.
