Zalman PSUs - any good?

How do the Zalman ST300BLP rate for use in duallies? The +5V line is rated at 30A. Overall specs can be found here

Or, would it be just as effective to get an Antec PP412x and put a Pabst or Panaflo fan in it?

I have the PSU, but haven't tried it in my dual system. This reflects my experience. Since then I've noticed that as the PC warms up, past 25 degrees centigrade, it does get louder, although it's still pretty quiet. I'm going to try a PC Power and Cooling PSU with a Panaflo I put in this weekend.
