Zalman passive GPU cooler

Anybody used this one or seen it used by anyone? I'm thinking this guy with a Zalman bracket/Panaflo fan would be all the cooling the GPU would need, and hopefully be quieter than the stock fan.

From what I've read, Zalman is better if you have good airflow in your case, a side panel fan makes it quite good. Otherwise a HSF unit would be better.
 
I use it and its great, but really make sure you have good or decent airflow in your case because if you dont you can burn something (I burned my fingers on it after an hour of CS)
 
ouch......mine is cool to the touch after a few hours.....it could be because i have a 9600pro or i have a antec led fan right on top of it😀
