Zalman northbridge heatsink on K8N Neo2

I have an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum motherboard, and recently my northbridge fan decided to go crazy and make extremely loud, annoying, whining noises.

So right now I'm in the market for a replacement. I've been looking at the Zalman ZM-NB47J as a replacement. This looks ideal since being fanless I can be sure not to have this problem again.

However, looking at the motherboard, it seems that it might be a tight fit having that large heatsink in place along with my 6600GT video card. Has anyone here installed a Zalman on this board? If so, did you have any problems with it fitting or is there enough room?

And since I'm already posting, is the Zalman a good choice or is there another northbridge heatsink that might work out better for me?

The Zalman is an excellent choice... If your case has a somewhat decent airflow, it should pose no problems... It can be installed on every mobo, but you might have to saw off some of the fins...

EDIT:

1) Needs to have mounting holes
2) Won't go if it has an integrated video card

I had one on my Neo2 for awhille, and it didnt work out. chipset got too hot and would crash the PC.

I was watercooling though, so I had next to no airflow through the case. If you have some airflow moving across it, Im sure it would be fine. I did have to trim 1/2 row of fins to clear a cap on my video card, but it wasnt too big of a deal.

Here is a really bad pic, but it may give you some idea of the clearance. Unfortunately this was before the "trim", but you can see what needs to be done to make it fit.
