Ive gotten the Zalman HD-160 and its a great case, but Im having a real hard time getting the MS Remote Keyboard to work with it. IHave the latest rollup 2 patch for the ehome IR reciever as well.
I have the IRTrans software updated to the latest version and it does pick up the included MCE Remote just fine, but it wont pick up the keyboard at all. Now I bought the remote keyboard oem so it didnt come with a reciever, which I dont need anyway.
I saw the instructions on the bottom of the keyboard which direct me to assign some of the remote keys to the coresponding keyboard keys. Do I have to do that for every button on the remote?
After I do that, supposedly I dont have to do anyhting in the IRTrans software, the keyboard should just work properly, but Id like to here from someone else that has actaully done it.
And also, how do I get the regular keys on the keyboard to function? Right now, I cant use any of the keys, regular or media center related, via the keyboard. Thanks for any help you can give.
