Zalman fan on Chaintech board?

The SK8T800 seems to be a rather small, packed board, and the Zalman is a bit large. Any experience here? Will the Zalman fit without getting in the way of the memory?

Because of the uncertaintly I went with the Zalman 9500 as you don't need to worry about the motherboard layout as much (still need to be sure to clear the powersupply though)
