Zalman CNPS7700-AlCu on ASUS A8N-SLI Premium?

Wondering how this fits, especially in relation to the dimm slots? Zalman's list says it fits, but I saw a review on Newegg that mentioned possible interference with the dimm slot closest to the cpu. I will have to put a stick in that slot, so I'm wondering about the clearance.

You may just have to install the RAM before you put the heatsink on.

What not get Cu instead of AlCu?

I saw a compatible motherboard list on one of their Northbridge chipset fanless heatsinks so there must be a list for the 7700 alcu. Check the Zalman web site.

It fits perfectly well, but go with the Cu version, it's way better.

I have the A8N-SLI Deluxe. The 7700 AlCu fits on it and I was able to install RAM. It's a little tight to wedge in but ok. The bigger problem was that the BFG 6800 Ultra card is very close to the snaps on the bottom and top of the RAM slots. But I got two sticks in and everything is fine now.
