Thanks a lot guys! Anandtech forum is super, thanks. Yes i'm looking for the 7000B model and it's nowhere to find a US online store offering that.

Manzelle, yeah i searched google as well and that Stonebridge Computing seems like it's in australia. By the way, I'll contact them for sure to see if they ship outside to the US.

Meanwhile, if anyone else know other online stores offering this 7000B-Alcu model, plz inform me, thanks a lot.

I'm very appreciate of all ur help, thanks!

Get the 7000A. Yea, the latest, greatest version would be nice. But what's 7 grams weight reduction matter on a 400+ gram heatsink? Regarding "slight performance" improvent as noted by Zalman, only tests will prove that.

7000A works just fine!

Hey, Its Christopher Hall from StoneBridge Computing (www.stonebridgecomputing.com.au)

I was just checking my website logs to see where some of my customers are coming from, and I came across this site.

Anyway, yes I do sell the 7000B Model.
We can sell overseas, but we have to be very careful about it as we have so many dodgy requests from overseas to purchase equipment. Because of this, we also do not accept Credit Card.
However, we do accept a Direct Deposit into our bank account (I think you guys in the USA call it a Wire Transfer).

Cheers,
Christopher Hall

Here's why they still can't be found, I just called Zalman USA and the person I talked to in sales said that they will release the B version in the US approximately the "second week of October". He said that they released them in Europe earlier, but not yet here (for some "a reason" which he did not elaborate on). He said that they were pretty-much the same (as one can see from the spec sheets). I asked him about the Fan Mate 1 vs. 2 and he said that the Fan Mate 2 is "a little bigger because some customers were having a hard time handling the Fan Mate 1'.

Well I've delayed my system components purchase long enough so I'm buying a Zalman CNPS7000A-AlCu today even though I would rather have the other.

Best of luck,
Andreas
