Zalman cnps7000alcu fits on MSI NEO 2 LSR?

Does anyone here use a Zalman cnps 7000 alcu or similar series heatsink/fan on MSI neo 2 lsr?Or does anyone know if it will fit?as you can see the northbridge fan on the pic seems a little too close to the socket there. I have my choice narrowed down to two mobos the one linked above from MSI and an abit IS7. However, I heard that the northbridge fan on the Abit IC7 which looks like the same one found on theIS7 is quite a bit loud, and I'm trying to build my system as quiet as it can run. Thanks
 
I do. No problem. Zalman CNPS 7000 AlCu hybrid on MSI 865PE Neo2S.

This cooler is half the weight of the Copper unit and cools equally well. I have two of them. The other one is on an Asus P4P800 Deluxe. Best air cooler money can buy.
