Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu compatible with Abit IC7-MAX3 mobo?

It looks like the cooling apparatus on the mobo might get in the way of this massive hs. Anyone running this combo? I want to OC a 3.2C on it.

EDIT: the dimensions of the heatsink are 109x109x62, not 200x23x21 like newegg shows...
 
Its a tad tight to work in but it fits with no problems just installed that heat sink on that motherboard this morning.
