Not sure. The method of fastening it to the case uses screws and metal brackets that fit into the stock P4 heatsink retention brackets. You planning on taking your case off road? 😛

i lost the pegs that hold the bracket in place 😛

No it can't. The bolt pattern and the supplied hardware isn't even close to what you'd need to bolt it to the board.

I'd contact Zalman USA and see if they'll send you new parts to replace the missing ones.
 
Are you talking about the aluminum bars? I got a refurb unit from Newegg that was missing those. Made my own from some scrap aluminum strips that I had sitting around leftover from another project. Worked great.
