Zalman CNPS6000-Cu

Hi,
i`m considering buying the cooler mentioned in the thread (Zalman CNPS6000-Cu).
But Before i buy it, i was wondering if it would break by MoBo if i had it in a tower case. My MoBo is a Abit KT7A-RAID. I ask this as it weighs 431grams and the amd reccommended max is 300grams.

does anyone own one of the Zalman brackets that come with it? if so can you answer this.
does it come with a second set of screws for another fan or do i have to supply them?

Mine didn't come with another screw, I wondered myself why this was not the case. Except for this they seem to include everything that we need. I don't think the heatsink will break the motherboard, but we should be very careful when moving the machine. I felt uneasy for the first days, then I got used to it.
