zalman cnps 9500 led or arctic cooling freezer 7 pro

I have a pentium d 930 and gigabyte 945 p-pro mobo.
I've oced it to 3.6ghz,but the thing gets hot.(might be down poor ventilation in my case too)
Anyway is there a difference between the 2 coolers as far as cooling performance is concerned?Like the zalman cnps 9500 costs nearly twice as much as the freezer. So does it justify the price?
And will getting either of the above coolers help me oc further?(i got 15x240)
And which of the 2 is easier to install?
Any help would be appreciated.

the CNPS9500 does perform better than the Freezer. no doubt about that but the performance you gain is not worth the extra 20 dollars it's going to cost you IMO.
yes, getting better coolers will help OCing since it decreases temps.
Freezer 7 is obviously easier to install. it has the proper mounting mechanism to go straight into a stock retention module.

i see.
But u can't adjust the fan speed of the freezer like u can with zalman. So its always running full blast isn't it?
Do i have to buy an extra fan controller in this case?

if your motherboard is supported by software such as SpeedFan, you can control the speed of fan on the Freezer 7. I can do it on my nForce4 Ultra board with the Freezer 64 Pro (which is basically same design as the Freezer 7 Pro)
