opened her right out of the box, and noticed that the fan wasnt freely spinning, apon closer inspection... well i grabbed the camera and took the following:

edit: got a new one from Fry's and works just fine. RMA in process!

dayum, that sucks, probably UPS dropped it and it bent the axis or something. I dont think something like that could make it past quality control.
