Zalman CNPS 7000A AlCU fit on Socket 939?

I really need to know this ASAP. On newegg.com it doesn't say anything about S939 for the Zalman Alcu Heatsink but on Zalmans site it says its supported. So does it fit?

yes it does. socket 940 and 939 are the exact same in size.
