Zalman and the Neo-FIS2R

I recently ordered an MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R mobo (Socket 754) and was wondering if the Zalman CNPS7000A-Alcu I also ordered will fit?

I think it will, but if anyone here knows, that'd be great

Zalman's site says they are compatible with all 754 boards.
