Zalman 7000A-AlCu and NForce3 mobo

Will a Zalman 7000A -AlCu Fan be able to fit on an nForce 3 250 mobo (MSI's board for example)?

Has anyone tried yet?

Except that it says its compatiable with all socket 754 boards, which may be the case, but the new MSI K8N Neo Platinum(not sure if thats the one the OP is talking about) is just now being spotted. Have they tested it already, I doubt it.
