Hey, I just hooked up this fan controller -

- and it does control the speed of all my fans (just 4 fans hooked up to the rheostats), but not all of the LED's are lit. I've got a cathode hooked up with one of the fans on channel 3 (and the rheostat adjusts the cathode too), but the LED for channel 1 is lit.
None of the other LED's are lit with the fans just hooked up to a channel by themselves. I've tried different ways of hooking it up to the power supply and still the same problem.
Oh and I also had to use 4-pin molex to 3-pin adapters to hook the fans up. Could these adapters be causing the problem? I'm kind of new at this so any suggestions would be appreciated.
What should I do to narrow down the problem? Thanks.
