I'm Getting a i7-4770k.

I chose this as it seems the closest 'future proofing' processor for a 4 year gaming build, with some video editing/encoding.

Today I'm deciding which board to purchase, hopefully with a little help from this awesome community. I haven't been overclocking since the Pentium 4 and Athlon XP days so not sure if that's important to me now..but might be later which is another reason I chose the 'k' unlocked processor. That in mind..I've picked out a few motherboards that stand out to be rich with quality/features.
Im a big fan of MSI, Asus has been a major hit or a minor miss for me int he past 3 years, but i know they're quality..so here we go.

Maybe there is one that I'm missing? Looking for quality, long lasting, good service, quality, and features below the 160$ ish pricepoint. Let me know what you guys think, Thank you in advance :)

i have the msi z87 gd65 gaming
i can´t compare it with the others, but i´m very satisfied
i think it´s the same as z87 gd 45, except i have a reset button and an "easy oc" button on the board (dual uefi? idon´t know, whether the gd45 has that, the gd65 does)

only issue so far was, that the killer e2200 network chip software interfered with avast antivirus
both turned on, i got freezes and bsods, either turned off, no problem
was a pain to find out, what it was, thought it was the xeon e3 not being compatible after all (the horror!)
works fine with kaspersky antivirus

It's a little more than you wanted to spend but I just got a ASRock Fatal1ty Z87 Professional from new egg. They have come down in price from $250 to $170 in the last week or so. I wanted good sound and Intel Lan chips for a home cloud and this fit the bill.
I should get it on Tuesday and it's a great MB for the money.
