I'm looking at the

GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Z68

perhaps someone else can recommend another one but that seems like a z68 board with video out that's at a reasonable. I can buy another if there is a far superior option.

I have two 24 inch dell monitors that run 1920x1200. Will this mobo or any other mobo supports two digital outs (1 hdmi and 1 dvi) so i can run these monitors simultaneously without a dedicated graphics card? I will do a lot of photoshop and some slight video editing. Is this onboard graphics good enough for that? i don't plan on doing gaming. if i do it will be games that could run on my phone so i'm not that worried from that perspective. Thanks.

I am sorry I can't answer for Gigabyte but on the Intel® Desktop Board DZ68DB you can run dual independent display with processors with the Intel HD Graphics. So you can mix up DVI-I, HDMI, or DisplayPort to reach dual independent displays off the DZ68DB and a 2nd generation Intel Core™ processors. http://www.intel.com/Assets/PDF/prodbrief/325327.pdf

thanks for letting me know. seems like gigabyte can't do it. So with intel, i can use dvi and hdmi at the same time? both at 1920x1200 resolution?

The Asus H67 boards (and presumably the Z68 boards) can use any 2 of the outputs provided. ie: 1 displayport and 1 HDMI. or 1 HDMI and 1 Displayport. Etc.
