z68 and 1.65V Ram?

Can z68 boards and cpu's happily run 1.65V ram? My mobo recommended a Kingston Hyper X that is 1.65V so i'm considering going that route.

Also, is it true z68 boards run better with 3 of the 4 dimm slots full? read this on another forum but wasn't sure if that's true and if I should only fill 3 or go all 4.
