Z60t or T60?

Which one should I get, a slightly better equipped z60t (512 megs RAM, 80 gig HD, bluetooth, DVD bruner) with an older 1.73 GHz Pentum M, or a more stripped down T60 (512 megs RAM, 60 gig HD, CDRW/DVD combo, no bluetooth, 14" XGA screen) with a 1.66GHz Core Duo? Will the dual-core CPU make any difference in the long run, or should I just grab the z60t? Both laptops are essentially the same price - right around a grand.

Probably depends on what you're doing with it. If you do a lot of video encoding or photo filtering stuff go with the core duo, but if not and you would use the other stuff like bluetooth and more HD for music or something go with teh Z

I would go with the T60...especially if it also comes with dedicated graphics. It's also about half a pound lighter I think.

The Z60t only has GMA900 and will not support the Vista Aero 3D stuff. While I hate XGA screens and prefer not to get stripped laptops, the T60 is a great machine and the better choice here.
