Z560 and Soundstorm - optimal settings?

I paired a Logitech Z560 and the Soundstorm on the Epox 8RDA+.

What settings should I set it to in the Soundstorm control panel for optimal performance in games, DVD etc ?

I m not sure which one to put, and experimentation doesn't make much of a difference to me? 😕
 
What does the "Dolby Surround Encoding" actually do?

and should I do anything to the LFE Crossover Frequency?
