Hi.
My friend who doesn't understand anything about computers, to the point where he has to have someone else ask online for him,
has given me a list of the most expensive motherboards available, and wants to know
which one is the best of these to waste his money.

What sort of answer do you expect ?

..ask your friend what he needs the motherboard for, if its overclocking, gaming, work, normal use, if he has a budget, if he has special connection needs, what peripherials he needs to use ..

Off hand he doesn't really need the most expensive motherboard, something in the budget range from ASRock will do just fine. Sounds like he ran into some overzealous techie type person.

He like to play games and overclock his rig so he wana know how you guys choose motherboard

When review sites / Youtube reviewers post their overclocking reviews once the boards are released. And since none have been reviewed yet, it's anybody's guess which will be the best overclocking board/boards. That being said, many times motherboards that cost $120 - $150 often overclock almost as well as $300 motherboards.
