Z-U130: Intel's Preferred Net Top flash Alternative?

Is Intel going to release a cheap SSD controller for use with it's Z-U130 drives? 4/5 of the Atom Cedar Trail motherboards provide a Z-U130 interface for flash drives (vs 1/5 for mSata). Z-U130 is Intel's preferred cheap SSD alternative for net tops. A better (more frugal) controller that supports mlc flash is required. Interface speed is capped by either USB 2 or 3. Is it reasonable to believe that Intel can target a new, smaller USB design at net tops?
