hows the "Z Power" psu that come in the athenatech cases. i think i remember hearing athenatech was decent but i dont think the psu talked about were Z Power. for a 350w psu the specs are
115v @ 8a, 230v @ 4a,
+5v @ 32a, +12v @ 16a, +3.3v @ 20A
+5V & +3.3v Shall Not Exceed 210W
+5V & +3.3V & +12V Shall Not Exceed 330W

The Z-Power is an unknown quantity. Some of the Athenatechs use the Power-Q brand which is Fortron/Sparkle's budget line. And some of the A100 series use the Sirtec/High Power 230W or the Sparkle 200W. If you can find out the UL file numober (looks like this, E123456) and should appear below the "RU" symbol on the PSU's label, you can look up who actually makes it on the UL.com web site.
. I don't see any ZPower in the ones on Newegg - the real cheapies have the L&C (real bottom feeders) and the rest have the Power-Q. Current designs should have nearly 20A on the +12V, or more on a 350W PSU, and somewhat less that the Z on +5V rail. If you're planning a pretty loaded system with a recent mobo (powers the CPU off the +12), I'd want a different PSU. Closet it for an emergency backup or unload it on eBay.

I suggest you get a better quality PSU from OCZ, Antec or Enermax. That 12v rail is pretty low.
